Season’s greetings, fellow Americans!
Our favorite president had a productive week, filled with common-sense progress, positive economic news, thoughtful gestures toward America’s warriors, and plenty of praise and acknowledgment from everyday Americans observing his efforts.
Nicki Minaj Praises POTUS at TPUSA’s AmericaFest
Appearing as a surprise guest at Turning Point USA’s annual AmericaFest, rapper Nicki Minaj praised President Trump with the utmost respect and admiration, highlighting his endurance through public lies and personal hardships as a human being.

She lauded the administration for being full of people with heart and soul. Minaj expressed pride in Trump and Vance, noting that they make her feel proud to be American. She described both as powerful, smart, strong, and relatable leaders who remain connected to everyday people.
Minaj also credited Trump with giving many Americans hope to overcome challenges.
President Trump Presents America’s Warriors with $1,776 Christmas Bonus
President Trump announced a one-time $1,776 “Warrior Dividend” for approximately 1.45 million active-duty U.S. military service members as a Christmas bonus honoring America’s founding in 1776. He emphasized that “nobody deserves it more than our military,” highlighting their sacrifices and service.
The payments, already being distributed, are expected to arrive before Christmas. Trump described the dividend as a tangible show of gratitude from a grateful nation. This gesture reinforces his commitment to supporting troops and their families.
Trump Reclassifies Marijuana As Less Dangerous Substance
In keeping with his practical yet brilliant leadership, President Trump signed an executive order reclassifying marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III, acknowledging its medical potential and easing federal restrictions.
This common-sense move modernizes outdated policies and enables greater research, purchasing, and sales. It benefits the economy by supporting cannabis businesses and allowing access to banking services.

Boxing legend Mike Tyson praised the decision for formally recognizing more than 500,000 existing jobs in the industry. The move boosts employment opportunities and supports American workers and families.
POTUS Gives Federal Employees Additional Paid Days Off for Holidays
President Trump signed an executive order closing most federal executive departments and agencies on December 24 and December 26, 2025, granting employees two additional paid days off. This creates an unprecedented five-day Christmas holiday break for many federal workers, spanning from December 24 through December 28.
The action excuses non-essential employees from duty while maintaining full pay. It allows federal workers more time to celebrate the holidays with family and loved ones. This move exceeds recent precedents and prioritizes employee well-being during the festive season.
Trump Economy Sees Easing of Inflation
In further good news, inflation is improving. November CPI fell to 2.7%, below expectations, while core inflation dropped to 2.6%, its lowest level since March 2021. Annualized inflation since Trump’s February inauguration stands at just 2.2%, nearing the Fed’s 2% target.

Wages rose faster than prices, delivering real gains, especially for blue-collar workers. Tariffs did not trigger broad inflation as critics predicted. This data vindicates President Trump’s economic policies and leadership, embarrassing forecasters who (wishfully) anticipated rising inflation.
‘Operation Song’ Helps Veterans Heal, Share Experiences, and Connect with Everyday Listeners
Operation Song empowers veterans, active-duty service members, and their families to share their stories through professional songwriting sessions, free of charge.
Since 2012, the program has produced more than 2,700 songs, fostering healing and reintegration. Participants report life-saving impacts, including prevented suicides and reunited families. The initiative helps loved ones better understand veterans’ experiences, strengthening bonds.
This meaningful program preserves legacies and promotes profound emotional recovery for those who served. God bless our veterans.
GOP Senator Channels Founding Era Principles to Combat Modern Cartels
Brilliantly applying past lessons to current problems, Senator Mike Lee introduced the Cartel Marque and Reprisal Reauthorization Act to take bolder action against drug cartels. The bill authorizes the President to issue “letters of marque and reprisal,” commissioning private American citizens and entities, or “privateers,” to seize cartel members and property outside U.S. borders.

Rooted in the Constitution’s historical provisions used against pirates, the approach adapts those tools to modern cartel threats. This innovative strategy empowers private stakeholders to disrupt cartels, seize assets, and address the fentanyl crisis more effectively. For good Americans who want to bring bad people to justice, this bill could make it possible.
President Trump Smoothly Signs Massive Defense Bill
President Trump quietly signed the fiscal 2026 National Defense Authorization Act, authorizing a record $901 billion in military spending. This sweeping bipartisan bill delivers a nearly 4% pay raise for troops and improves their quality of life.
It also funds missile defense systems, supports allies such as Ukraine and the Baltics, and eliminates DEI programs. The legislation maintains U.S. troop levels in Europe and South Korea, bolstering deterrence.
Not only does this action exemplify Trump’s productive leadership in rebuilding military strength, but it also demonstrates what is possible when a president is competent, qualified, and shows up to actually do the work.
Kennedy Center Adding Trump to Institution’s Name
In a powerful move that shocked even those who supported the decision, the Kennedy Center board unanimously voted to rename the iconic venue “The Donald J. Trump and The John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts.”
This profound honor recognizes President Trump’s pivotal role in rescuing the center from financial ruin and physical decline. The bipartisan decision highlights his efforts in reconstruction, financial stabilization, and restoring its reputation.

Officials praised Trump’s contributions as transformative and deserving of permanent recognition. This action celebrates his lasting impact on a treasured American cultural institution.
Merry Christmas, everyone!
