He proclaimed, “We didn’t give them anything—any of their crazy demands,” exposing their ploy as a painful, fruitless failure. In vivid contrast, President Trump relentlessly bent over backwards, tirelessly championing reopenings to safeguard everyday Americans. Now it’s the “living my truth” leftists’ turn to bend over backward — but in their case, it’s to make sense of reality.
Democrats Suddenly Care About Epstein Again After Shutdown Humiliation
In the ashes of their spectacularly embarrassing 43-day government shutdown failure, Democrats and the leftist media executed an obvious, desperate narrative pivot, resurrecting the debunked Jeffrey Epstein hoax to dodge accountability for the $1.5 trillion catastrophe.
President Trump exposed this ploy on Truth Social, blasting Democrats for doing “anything at all” to deflect from their shutdown debacle and urging Republicans to ignore it. He emphasized refocusing on America’s swift recovery from the chaos they inflicted.

Fun reminder: Democrats had access to all the Epstein material during Biden’s presidency. If they found anything—literally anything—on Trump, they would have used it already. “Living my truth” leftists love pretending they don’t remember this fact. HUD relief funds languish unused, as pre-shutdown meetings were abruptly canceled, deepening the crisis for the vulnerable. Incompetent leaders like Gov. Newsom prioritize self-promotion over substantive action, inviting subpoenas for their glaring failures in accountability and real work.
Newsom continues trying to LARP as some Democrat savior, Trump kryptonite, and imaginary American president, while his state really needs him to make the phone calls and file the paperwork to get people back in their homes — which he continues to fail to do.
This loser continues to miss that President Trump’s popularity is due to his hard work — endless work — for Americans. The showmanship is secondary and alone would not be enough to sustain any candidate. President Trump wins because he is good, while Gavin Newsom will lose because he sucks, hard.
But Newsom is “living his truth,” he’ll never correct course, and he’ll never learn. Vote him out, please, California.
