Their absence stalls critical legislation, such as flood relief, while falsely accusing the GOP of racial gerrymandering. Gov. Abbott and Sen. Cornyn have condemned this as dereliction of duty, with Abbott even suing to oust Wu.
These theatrics, which amount to simply not showing up for work while bragging about it, reek of narcissistic virtue-signaling and craven self-promotion, disregarding the basic needs of Texans, some of whom voted for these corrupt Democrat communist officials.
